Qualification/Experience 

• Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in XRF/X-Ray would be an advantage.
• Candidate with at least 1-2years sales experience in electronics and semiconductor sector is preferred. However, entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, installation and commissioning of equipment at customer’s site
• Conduct training and provide after sales service support to customer.
• Perform calibration, insert new applications to customer.
• Carry out Yearly Preventive Maintenance and Calibration at customer’s site.
• Attend to customers complaint/technical enquiries and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
• Able to handle multitask and work independently.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 or 2 years experiences.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Will be based in Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Johor.
• Good trouble shooting and analytical skills.
• Self-discipline with positive work ethics and behavior.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to travel to outstation and oversea
• Preferably Male.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Required language(s): English and Malay.

Working hours: Monday to Friday
